Ultimately, we delivered a web-based application that encompassed four different interfaces: the BidList, JobStats, the FabShop Scheduler, and the Driver Scheduler.
These different modules provided each department with the unique views and workflows they were accustom while integrating easily with the other modules. Many processes are automatically handled by the system and interfaces built to reduce the chance of input mistakes. This drastically reduced administrative overhead and the need to divert resources to correct errors.
We are no longer working overtime on our high-volume days.
